2. Account Registration & Security
To access the full 43000 experience, you must register an account using accurate, current, and truthful information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 43000 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or not.

4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 43000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods including FPX, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Available payment method details can be found in the deposit section of your account.
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 43000 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name. Transfers to third parties or accounts under a different name are not permitted. 43000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal as a security measure.
Any attempt to commit payment fraud — including initiating unauthorised chargebacks — will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.
5. Liability, Intellectual Property & External Links
43000 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or be entirely free from technical errors. We are not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, except where directly caused by the gross negligence of 43000.

6. Account Policy, Closure & Changes to Terms
43000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses promotions, or acts in a way that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of legitimate account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
